Assessment of Enhancing Employee Engagement in Energy-Saving Behavior at Workplace: An Empirical Study

چکیده

This paper investigates the possible benefits and effects of energy-saving attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention employees on habits in workplace. The total sample size was 322 respondents. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used for statistical analysis. analytical results indicate that attitude control correlate positively with employees’ habits. However, norm does not have a positive correlation In addition, an examination mediating effect reveals intentions are significant mediator habit. Moreover, this study provides framework management workplace, closes discussion theoretical practical implications research findings.
